【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforthecorrosionresistenceofbuildinghardwarefordoors,windows,shuttersandcurtainwalling.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesamethodofclassificationofcorrosionresistanceofbuildinghardwarebasedonperformanceinaneutralsaltspraytest(ENISO9227).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforbothcoatedanduncoatedsurfacesandfivegradesofcorrosionresistancebeinglaiddowninaccordancewiththedifferentconditionsofusegrades1to5.Agrade0isalsoincludedforwhichnorequirementshavebeenspecified.Requirementsforlevelsofcorrosionresistancewhicharehigherthanthoselaiddownforgrade5havebeenincludedinthisEuropeanStandardandaresubjecttoagreementwhererequired.ThisEuropeanStandardalsoappliestothemetalfastenersrequiredforfixingbuildinghardwareifspecified.ScrewsandfasteningswhicharesoldwithahardwareproductwhichconformstothisEuropeanStandardshouldalsoconformtothisEuropeanStandard.NOTE1Theterm"grade"usedinthisEuropeanStandardcorrespondstotheterm"class"whichisusedinISOstandards.NOTE2Thereisseldomadirectrelationshipbetweenresistancetotheactionofsaltsprayandresistancetocorrosioninothermedia,becauseseveralfactorsinfluencingtheprogressofcorrosion,suchasthefomationofasadirectguidetocorrosionresistanceofthetestenmaterialsinallenvironmentswherethesematerialsmaybeused.Also,theperformanceofdifferentmaterialsduringthetestshouldnotbetakenasadirectguidetothecorrosionresistanceofthesematerialsinservice.ThemethoddescribedinthisEuropeanStandardgivesameansofcheckingthatthecomparativequalityofamaterial,withorwithoutcorrosionprotection,ismaintained.Inaddition,forqualitycontrolpurposes,comparisoncanbemadebetweenspecimenscoatedwiththesamecoating.Ascomparativetests,however,saltspraytestsareonlysuitableifthecoatingsaresufficientlysimilarinnature.Itisoftennotpossibletouseresultsgainedfromsaltspraytestingasacomparativeguidetothelong-termbehaviourofdifferentcoatingsystemsasthecorrosionstressduringthesetestsdifferssignificantlyfromthecorrosionstressedsencounteredinpractice.
