【摘要】:Themultidimensionalapproachpermitsallofthetraceimpuritiestobewellseparatedfromthemainvinylchloridepeak,therebyimprovingquantitativeaccuracyoverestablishedpackedcolumnmethods.Theminimumdetectionlimit(MDL)forallcomponentsofinteresthasbeenshowntobewellbelow500ppbforthistestmethod.1.1Thisisageneral-purposecapillary-basedtestmethodforthedeterminationoftracelevelimpuritiesinhigh-purityvinylchloride.ThistestmethodusesseriallycoupledcapillaryPLOTcolumnsinconjunctionwiththemultidimensionaltechniquesofcolumnswitchingandcryogenictrappingtopermitthecompleteseparationofthe11keyvinylchlorideimpuritiesinasingle25-minrun.Note18212;ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothisstandard.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardsstatementsaregiveninSection8.
